The Office Manager helps oversee daily operations and ensures the company runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role includes scheduling, client communication, staff coordination, record keeping, and assisting with overall business organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations
Coordinate caregiver and driver schedules
Communicate with clients and staff
Maintain records and documentation
Assist with onboarding and compliance tasks
Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Administrative or management experience preferred
HR Assistant
The HR Assistant supports the hiring and onboarding process for caregivers, drivers, and office staff. This position helps maintain employee records and assists with recruiting, interviews, and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring and onboarding
Collect employee paperwork and background screenings
Schedule interviews and orientations
Maintain personnel files
Support employee communication and follow-up
Ideal Candidate:
Professional and detail-oriented
Strong people skills
Administrative experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Client Relations Technician (CRT)
(Caregiver / CNA / Home Care Support)
The Client Relations Technician provides compassionate non-medical support to clients in their homes. This role focuses on assisting with daily living activities while building positive and professional relationships with clients and families.
Responsibilities:
Companionship and emotional support
Assistance with daily activities
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Documentation of care provided
Ideal Candidate:
Compassionate and patient
Reliable transportation preferred
Caregiving or CNA experience is a plus
Strong communication and professionalism
Transportation & Errand Driver
Drivers provide safe and reliable transportation and errand assistance for clients throughout the Kansas City metro area. Services may include pharmacy pickups, grocery trips, appointments, and other non-medical support tasks.
Responsibilities:
Transport clients safely to appointments and errands
Complete pharmacy and grocery pickups
Maintain professionalism and punctuality
Communicate updates during service visits
Follow company safety procedures
Ideal Candidate:
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Clean driving record
Dependable and professional
